2 Slices of Bread
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
⅛ Cup Finely chopped spinach
1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
Salt & Pepper to taste
- Toast your bread of choice (we recommend whole wheat).
- While your bread is toasting, slice an avocado in half and scoop into a bowl.
- Chop Clove of Garlic
- Mash avocado, lemon juice, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Spread avocado mix onto toast
- Top with nutritional yeast
