Staples to Keep in Your Kitchen

  1. Nutritional yeast
  2. Peanut Butter
  3. Bread
  4. Vegetables (be sure to have a good variety!)
  5. Fruit
  6. Vegetable bouillon or vegetable stock for soup
  7. Olive oil
  8. Beans (lentils or kidney beans are our favorites)

  10. Soy sauce (or liquid amino acids for a healthier alternative)
  11. Spinach or kale 
  12. Seaweed (seaweed snacks are delicious)
  13. Pasta (while there’s pasta made from wheat, you can also try lentil or chickpea pasta)
